MUTEK.MX – aka MUTEK Mexico – has announced its first acts for 2015.

2015 was proclaimed as the International Year of Light and Light-based Technnology by the UN, and MUTEK.MX has built its line-up with this in mind, promising “artistic presentations, educational activities and intense experiences will revolve around the physical phenomena of Light.”

The line-up, as you’d expect, features a hefty combination of DJs (Ben UFO, DJ Koze, above, Lotic) and live acts (Atom™ and Tobais, Alessandro Cortini, Shackleton, Vatican Shadow, Lee Gamble and Dave Gaskarth), with the light theme really being rammed home by Robert Henke’s Lumiere 2.0.
