2002 posthumous CD set for first ever vinyl pressing.

A posthumous Nirvana compilation originally released eight years after Kurt Cobain’s death will be pressed to vinyl for the first time next month. Nirvana will be spread across two slabs of 180g vinyl, packaged in a furnace black gatefold sleeve and accompanied by liner notes.

The compilation features a previously unreleased studio version of ‘You Know You’re Right’, the last song ever recorded by the band, as well as cuts from Nevermind, In Utero and Bleach.

Also included is a live acoustic version of ‘All Apologies’, the band’s cover of David Bowie’s ‘The Man Who Sold The World’ from the legendary MTV Unplugged performance and non-album single ‘Silver’.

Nirvana will be released in August. [via The Vinyl Factory]
