Portugal’s Semibreve Festival has expanded its line-up for 2015.

Taking place in Braga from October 30 to November 1, the festival is back in 2015 for its fifth edition of cutting-edge electronics from around the world.

Joining the bill are Tim Hecker, Diagonal founder Powell and Border Community’s Luke Abbott, with Portuguese representation from modular synth expert André Gonçalves and Die Von Brau.

They join the previously announced artists, which include Dopplereffekt, Vessel, Heatsick, Roedelius, Klara Lewis, Oren Ambarchi and Peder Mannerfelt.

The city-based festival takes place in the town’s grand Theatro Circo, the GNRation arts complex and the 18th century house Casa Rolão, and will also host installations from Phill Niblock + Ana CarvalhoVitor Joaquim, and the world premiere of Gamult, a robotic gamelan by Digitópia/Casa da Música.

Tickets are available from the Semibreve website, with a full pass costing 30 euros and day tickets between 9 and 15 euros.
