Berlin’s CTM Festival has announced two new partnerships with events set to take place in October.

CTM has announced the musical events for Ableton’s Loop, the “summit for music makers” taking place in Berlin next month.

James Holden & Camilo Tirado, Money Mark, Aïsha Devi, Low Jack, Lichens, Mykki Blanco, Sarah Farina and DJ Nigga Fox will appear during the weekend of October 30 to November 1 at Babylon, Prince Charles and the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, and marks the start of a new partnership with Ableton.

The closing event with Holly Herndon, Lorenzo Senni and Tim Hecker also launches the Haus der Kulturen der Welt’s Technosphärenklänge series, which runs with curatorial input from CTM until 2018. The event also sees Warp Records present virtual reality installation based on Squarepusher’s ‘Stor Eiglass’, produced by the artist and Marshmallow Laser Feast.

The Technosphärenklänge series kicks off CTM’s partnership with HKW, and forms part of Technosphere”, a research project that forms part of the HKW’s 100 Years of Now programme.

You can find out more about Loop here, and buy tickets for the events from the CTM website.
