The 310 NXRD record shop is back for the third year running.

The pop-up shop is a collaboration between Matthew Herbert’s Accidental Records and NX Records, a label with ties to nearby university Goldsmiths (alma mater of James Blake and Katy B).

Launching on October 9, the shop will showcase records from a selection of excellent labels, including Hyperdub, Planet Mu, raster-noton, Drag City and of course Accidental and NX Records. As well as vinyl, the shelves will be filled with a mix of CDs, DVDS, books, zines and prints.

The shop will also host free, BYOB live performances, including an opening party this week with Rocheman and Nyx.

310 NXRD is located on 310 New Cross Road and opens this Friday, October 9 for the rest of the month. Check the shop’s Facebook for more information.

After releasing his first dance-focused album in more than a decade, Herbert recently announced that his next record will be released in the form of a book.
