Original Croydon crew Horsepower Productions have unveiled the title track from their new album.

Benny Ill’s dubstep innovators will release their fourth LP, Crooks, Crime & Corruption, on their regular label home Tempa on April 29.

Described as “the most sonically varied Horsepower album yet,” the 10-track album draws on classic house, “breakbeat madness”, weed paranoia and, less expectedly, “summer BBQ vibes”, according to the label. Two of the tracks, ‘Good Ole Dayz’ and ‘Justify’, were originally released as a 12” in 2011, and appear on the album in new versions.

Give Up Art has designed the packaging, with each plain, unprinted 12″ sleeve wrapped by hand in custom-printed police tape, making each pressing unique.
