Brooklyn-producer Robert DeBois is best known for his moniker DJ NJ Drone where he makes alternately slippery and jagged tracks that walk the line between experimentalism and primal club-ready indulgence. This month he’ll release his debut album Syn Stair via Geng‘s Purple Tape Pedigree, joining a roster that’s already brought releases from Celestial Trax and Her Records boss MM.
