Welcome to FACT’s weekly video round-up.

As we note at the end of every year, music videos have never been better. But too often, music videos — along with documentaries, live sets and interview clips — get lost in the shuffle of news and new music.

With that in mind, FACT is doing what it does for mixes, mixtapes, vinyl and more: rounding up the internet’s best videos on a weekly basis. And to remove our bias, we won’t be including our own content — you’ll have to stay tuned to FACT TV for all your Against The Clock, FACT Freestyles and Confessions needs.

Chance the Rapper feat. Saba
‘Angels’
Dir: Austin Vesely

A jump-suited (and occasionally animated) Chance flies through Chicago, lands on the L and gets an entire train car footworking like the superhero he is.

Kvelertak
‘1985’
Dir: Fredrik S. Hana

A band of Norwegian blood brothers beat each other up, detonate explosives, kidnap and torture yuppies and discover the limits of friendship in a video that follows the narrative arc of a coming-of-age film. “I wanted to get across the fantastic feeling of being a part of something,” writes director Hana, “but also the dangers of not daring to take a stand, to just swim along with the current.”

Schoolboy Q
‘Groovy Tony’
Dir: Jack Begert & The Little Homies

A grimy rap epic pits Q against blank-faced gangsters as they tear up a scrapyard, shoot AKs, wreck cars and hang foes. At times, ‘Groovy Tony’ is shot from a claustrophobic, first-person perspective, like when Q lights a blunt off a sleeve on fire (which is badass).

Underworld
‘If Rah’
Dir: Tomato

The movements of dancer Emma Farnell-Watson are turned into clips and paired with corresponding bars of Underworld’s electro grooves.

Kingdom
‘Shox’
Dir: Sam Rolfes

Sam Rolfes animates the techno-organic artwork that has become Kingdom’s calling card – all pulsating arachnid skins and tire treads in neon graffiti.

Lido
‘Crazy’
Dir: Lido

In this self-directed clip, Lido conducts a light show: not only is it a preview of his live visuals, but it should be familiar to anyone who has air-conducted along to his brand of electronic maximalism.

Yo Gotti feat. E-40
‘Law’

Between ‘Law’ and ‘Down in the DM’, Yo Gotti is single-handedly bringing back the humor in rap videos. Gotti heads to the people’s court and calls his eye witness: E-40. (And of course, there’s a white kid hitting the dab in the background. Who’s kid is this!?)

Deradoorian
‘Your Creator’
Dir: Olivia Wyatt

The video for ‘Your Creator’ is a cross-country “remote collaboration” that lives up to the song’s “circle of creation” lyric. We see plenty videos that play with psychedelic kaleidoscope effects, but rarely ones where the songs are equally psychedelic.

Bebe Rexha feat. Nicki Minaj
‘No Broken Hearts’
Dir: Dave Meyers

Music video legend Dave Meyers directs the latest video by songwriter-turned-solo artist Bebe Rexha, a pristine clip that is equal parts lookbook, Gap ad and liquor commercial. We’re mostly here for Nicki’s negative-effected verse.

Ryan Hemsworth & Lucas
‘Angel’
Dir: Kang Cutler

Soundtracked by a moving Secret Songs collaboration, the protagonist of ‘Angel’ gets his life at an aquarium as overlapping frames offer contrasting clips of marine life.
