The UK groups compliment each other on their emotional and psychedelic EP.

Pye Corner Audio (aka Martin Jenkins) and Dalhous (Alex Ander and Marc Dall) both have a talent for making deeply psychedelic electronic music that buzzes with emotional flourish, which they’ll explore on a new split release. Run For The Shadows brings together two songs from each project with an emphasis on the groups’ prettiest and most melancholic sounds.

It’s a welcome surprise after Dalhous’ recent album for Blackest Ever Black boasted their “most malevolent-sounding work to date”. Meanwhile, Jenkins takes a dreamier approach after his acid-touched work on last year’s Prowler.

You can hear samples from the release below and grab it May 26 via Lapsus Records.
