Joy Orbison, Chase & Status and Seth Troxler are among the headliners for the events in June.

Manchester’s Parklife Festival has revealed its line-up of official afterparties for 2016.

The Afterlife events take place on both the Saturday and Sunday of the June event, and include a drum and bass night at the city’s Albert Hall headlined by Chase & Status, and a Sunday rave featuring Joy Orbison and Paul Woolford.

Other highlights include a grime and bass party with Zed Bias and Logan Sama, a night at the Soup Kitchen headlined by Seth Troxler and a second Albert Hall date with Jamie Jones and Eats Everything.

As well as parties with Oneman, Wookie and Bicep, The Warehouse Project is curating its own house and techno event at The Ritz, with a top secret line-up to be revealed on the night.

Tickets are sold separately to the main festival passes, with the full list of parties found at the Afterlife website.

Afterlife takes place on June 11 and 12 after Parklife’s daytime events, which are this year headlined by Major Lazer and The Chemical Brothers.

Other acts scheduled to appear include Ice Cube, Skepta, Jamie xx, Craig David, Todd Terje, Kelela, Busta Rhymes, Four Tet, Kaytranada, Nina Kraviz, Ben UFO, Floating Points and Pusha T.

The festival takes place at Manchester’s Heaton Park – tickets and full details can be found at the Parklife website.
