Retire those Free Gucci shirts.

Gucci Mane has been freed from prison today, his lawyer Drew Findling confirms to TMZ.

In August 2014, Gucci Mane was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to firearms possession by a convicted felon. After his initial charge in late 2013, it was possible Gucci could have landed up to 20 years in prison, but his plea deal set him for release on September 30 of this year.

Findling had previously filed a motion for early release, as Gucci had not received credit for previous time spent in prison. He will now serve a few months of house arrest before he is on probation.

Earlier this year, all of Gucci’s social media accounts were deleted in order to “build anticipation and resurface everything under the new Gucci brand” according to his engineer Sean Paine.

Gucci’s girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir documented his return via Snapchat.

Gucci seems to already been recording new music, as well.
