London duo Beattie Cobell make psychedelic music, but not the kind the colorful, poppy kind.

Their album Treatment Works sounds the way your brain might feel after being too couch-locked to even wipe the ashes from that third joint off yourself. Like Black Dice before them, their music is the soundtrack to psychic hangovers.

That’s captured on ‘Catford Dogs’ which skips along on queasy, buzzing synths before melting into a hypnotic swirl of analog and digital freakouts. It sounds perpetually off balance, which only adds to the sick pleasure of the groove.

Listen to ‘Catford Dogs’ below and grab it on June 10 via More Than Human.
