Australian duo return to the stage.

The Avalanches performed at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound last night for their first live show since the new album, Wildflower, was finally revealed earlier this week.

The duo of Robbie Chater and Tony Di Blasi performed the album’s first single, ‘Frankie Sinatra’, which features Danny Brown and MF Doom, as well as ‘Subways’, a disco-y number that could be heard via a telephone hotline in recent weeks.

Watch fan videos of both performances below, with ‘Frankie Sinatra’ combined with their much-loved classic ‘Frontier Psychiatrist’ from 2000’s Since I Left You.

Wildflower is out July 8 with a variety of vinyl packages. The duo are on the road with appearances planned at London’s Field Day as well as Oval Space.
