“I don’t give a fuck. I will hit you again.”

Drake is being sued by his former producer Detail, who claims the rapper had him assaulted by his bodyguard following a disagreement in 2014, reports TMZ.

Detail – who produced Drake’s track ‘305 To My City’ on his 2013 album Nothing Was The Same – claims that Drake ordered him to be beaten up after after he turned down a job offer to work as the Canadian artist’s executive producer.

Detail refused and claims that Drake was displeased with his decision but in June that year invited him round to his California house to work on new music.

Detail, aka Noel Fisher, alleges that during that visit Drake’s bodyguard Chubbs broke his jaw and shouted multiple threats at him: “I will beat all your asses, including your bitch’s ass. I don’t give a fuck. I will hit you again. Do you think Drake is soft? You think Drake’s a punk?”

Fisher is seeking restitution damages, although the amount hasn’t been disclosed. Drake has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
