Larry Heard continues his comeback year with a killer remix.

!K7 Records has shared deep house pioneer Larry Heard’s remix of ‘Believer’, an exclusive track from DâM-FunK’s recent DJ-Kicks mix.

The eight-minute remix under his Mr Fingers alias is described by the label as “a heady trip through the LA Hills and into coastal dance inter-zones”. It features on a forthcoming 12″, which features a track from DâM-FunK and Nite Jewel’s Nite Funk project on the B-side.

Heard’s remix comes during the Chicago producer’s busiest period in over a decade. Earlier this year he released his first new Mr Fingers material in 10 years, and remixed Simoncino for a 12″ on the L.I.E.S. label.
