More investigation into the Brooklyn rapper’s arrest get him even further off the hook.

Another charge against G.O.O.D. Music rapper Desiigner has been dropped following his arrest on September 8. He was originally charged with felony possession of a loaded gun and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, among other things, but the first two were dropped on Saturday after a New York District Attorney deemed both unviable. (No weapon was found in the car, despite its driving alleging Desiigner had pulled a gun on him.)

Now TMZ reports that the 302 pills found in the car were not Oxycontin, as the NYPD originally suspected, but an assortment of steroids that reportedly belonged to the driver. Although the pills were not found on Desiigner’s person, he is still being charged with possession.
