More details of Wayne’s impending lawsuit against Birdman come to light.

Lil Wayne has accused Birdman of taking $70 million of the $100 million advance from Universal Music Group given to the Cash Money imprint Young Money by Universal Music Group.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Weezy is not confident that Birdman used the amount he’d taken for alleged “royalties, marketing, and recording expenses.” Wayne wants to see how this money was allocated, as the original Young Money deal was a joint venture between the two.

No wonder Wayne feels “mentally defeated” – this is just another part of the $51 million lawsuit that Wayne filed against Birdman at the beginning of 2015. TMZ reports that of the 22,015 pages of legal documents that Birdman and his team have given to Wayne’s, none of them include itemized evidence that Birdman put this $70 million to Young Money.

Last week Wayne appeared on FS1 show Skip and Shannon: Undisputed where he explained that he is not retiring from rap, he will just never work with Birdman again.
