Diagonal caps off his Animals album with a canine-filled video.

Powell’s Diagonal label has released the final video from Not Waving’s Animals album, and it’s the combination of techno and dogs we’ve always wanted.

Directed by Simon Owens, the video sets Not Waving’s gristly club track ‘24′ to footage of canines. “Dogs go viral on the internet so this felt like a strategically sound approach,” Powell says. “Maybe we should’ve used cats.”

Owens describes the shooting process as “a continuous dog hitchhike — meeting random owners in the park and then they take you back to their house and you pray they don’t chop you up and put you in a bin bag. One couple actually took me to a football match, while another voted Remain.”
