Nina Kraviz is at the controls for the 91st Fabric mix CD.

Due out December 9, fabric 91 features only unreleased or new tracks and includes music from Aphex Twin’s AFX moniker, the late ambient producer Pete Namlook with New Composers, Swedish masked unit Frak and some of Kraviz’s own unreleased material.

“This mix is of course where I am as a DJ and record collector, but it’s also where I am as a listener and it’s what makes me groove at the moment,” the трип label boss says.

“This mix is a trippy acidic dream with a lot of different emotions along the way. And as it was recorded at different times and places, under different circumstances, it’s naturally absorbed all these very different emotions. I’ve used only completely new, unreleased music or rare old tracks, and nothing in between, no current releases. The mix is an invisible bridge between the past and a future that is actually now.”

The 41-track set is the the third fabric mix since the club’s closure, following Scuba’s fabric 90 and Kahn & Neek’s fabriclive 90.

Fabric’s mix series continues while the shuttered venue awaits an appeal against the council’s ruling on November 28. The #savefabric campaign has been raising money for legal costs through a compilation of over 100 new tracks from Clams Casino, Special Request and more.

A launch party for fabric 91 will happen at Great Suffolk St Warehouse on December 3 as part of the club’s #saveourculture event series.
