A follow-up to 2014’s impressive Forest Hills Drive.

J. Cole is set to release new album 4 Your Eyez Only next week. It’s available for pre-order on iTunes now. No tracklist has been revealed yet, so you’ll have to save your “J. Cole went platinum without any features” jokes for another time.

Cole has been surprisingly silent, at least musically, in the past year. His five-part HBO miniseries J. Cole Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming premiered at the end of last year, but it had more of a quiet focus on the path he took to create his last album.

Cole was very outspoken during the initial Ferguson protests in 2014, so it’s been a surprise not to hear new music from him this year.
