The Twin Peaks with rappers” takes home a trophy.

The Donald Glover-helmed Atlanta has won the Golden Globe for Best Television Series, Musical or Comedy. It beats outs Black-ish, Veep, and Amazon series Mozart in the Jungle and Transparent.

During his acceptance speech at the Beverly Hills ceremony, Glover (who also won for Best Actor in a Comedy Series) thanked Migos, “not for being in the show, but for making ‘Bad And Boujee’. That’s the best song ever.” Watch his full speech below.

When the show premiered in September, FACT contributor Chris Kelly wrote: “Atlanta is a chance for the multi-talented Glover to finally make his mark in the way that his previous pursuits didn’t allow for.” Indeed.
