With music from A Guy Called Gerald.

Notorious British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood is set to host a special show at London’s recently-reopened Fabric nightclub.

Called SWITCH, the night will focus on Westwood’s Climate Revolution organization, and is billed as “an exclusive night in aid of climate change”. If the idea is to aid climate change, then the Mad Max-themed dress code seems entirely appropriate. Honestly, we can’t help but think the organizers are missing a trick not setting the party in Birmingham.

Westwood will speak at the event, alongside green energy provider Ecotricity’s Dale Vince – music will be provided by ‘nuum pioneer A Guy Called Gerald.

Whether Westwood’s son and the charred remains of his £5m punk collection will be making an appearance remains to be seen.

SWITCH is set to take place at Fabric on February 20. For more information and tickets head here. [via Crack]
