That’s right – Trolls is officially an Oscar-nominated movie.

The nominations for this year’s Academy Awards were revealed this morning (January 24), with La La Land, Jackie and Moonlight among the films nominated for Best Original Score.

Among the other music-related categories that have been announced are Best Original Song and Best Sound Mixing – see the list of nominations below.

La La Land, with 14 nominations overall, equals the record for most nominations in Oscar history. The Arrival score, tipped on release for an Original Score nod, was revealed late last year to be ineligible because it contained previously released music.
