Around 200 students were denied entry to a J Hus gig at Przym nightclub.

J Hus fans in Birmingham unwittingly shut down one of the city’s main streets early this morning (January 25) after hundreds of students turned up to a sold-out show at Przym nightclub.

West Midlands Police said the club was already full when the crowd of students turned up without tickets and were forced to close Broad Street [“the big club and bar” street – Birmingham ed] for a short time “while the safety issues were addressed and crowds dispersed.”

Officers and paramedics arrived and the crowd eventually dispersed around 12.45am. No arrests were made and the venue stayed open for the students already inside with tickets – check out footage via Birmingham Mail below.
