Kahlil Joseph is the creative genius behind some of the best videos in recent years, including Beyoncé’s majestic Lemonade and last year’s incredible Kendrick Lamar video installation.

He’s been at it again, this time directing a short film that stars FACT favorite Kelsey Lu and her otherworldly cello playing, as well as Jesse Williams, Tracie Ellis Ross and Ish. Music from Shabazz Palaces is also featured in the painterly, non-linear visual, which was created in collaboration with Kenzo and Annapurna.

As Kenzo says: “The film an amalgamation of rhythms, visions and moods that eschews narrative continuity in favor of divergent glimpses into a bigger story.” Watch it in full below.
