Applications close tomorrow for live music ticketing app DICE’s second annual Girls Music Day.

DICE has announced its speakers for this year’s Girls Music Day, taking place to promote gender equality in the music industry.

Taking place on the weekend of 8-9 April at RAK Studios, St John’s Wood, the first day will involve talks, discussions and tutorials on subjects ranging from performance and production to PR and management. The Sunday, meanwhile, will be dedicated to an engineering and production workshop. In addition, the event will host a jobs fair, with brands such as Because Music and Moshi Moshi in attendance.

Confirmed speakers include artists Rae Morris and Rosie Lowe, as well as 1Xtra’s Sian Anderson and Latitude’s Lucy Wood.

Admission is free via online application on the DICE website for women aged 16-24.
