“Sorry, next time”.

Tyler, the Creator has announced that his summer European tour is cancelled, affecting dates in Germany, Portugal, Spain and France.

The rapper announced the news in a tweet that simply reads: “no more Europe tour, sorry, next time”.

Tyler didn’t offer a reason as to why the tour was cancelled, but shows in Hamburg, Cologne and Amsterdam in July are affected, as are festival dates at Spain’s Benicassim and Afropunk in Paris.

No dates in the UK are affected – Tyler is still banned from the country for lyrics that “encourage violence and intolerance of homosexuality”.

Earlier this month, Tyler shot down rumors that a new album was on the way, after a website convinced some fans that an LP was about to drop.
