The young rapper took to Instagram to announce he’s home.

Earlier today, Kodak Black was been released from a St. Lucie County, Florida jail where he had been serving a drug charge.

After pleading no contest to two misdemeanor drug charges in a Florida court this past September, Kodak (né Dieuson Octave) was sentenced to 120 days in county jail. According to the release report on the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s website, he was released earlier this afternoon. Kodak took to Instagram to show off new Yeezys that were waiting for him at home.

Kodak still awaits trial for a sexual battery charge, which could land him up to 30 years in prison.

Update: The Sun-Sentinel reports that Kodak Black has been transferred a jail in South Carolina for his sexual battery trial.

Kodak faced an extradition hearing on November 21 where a transfer from St. Lucie was approved. He faces a charge of sexual battery for an alleged incident that occurred in Florence, SC last February.
