Representatives for Diddy have called the lawsuit “frivolous”.

Diddy has been accused of sexual harassment in a new lawsuit by his former chef.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cindy Rueda is suing the Bad Boy boss for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, failure to pay overtime and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other claims.

The complaint, which was filed yesterday (May 8) in L.A. County Superior Court, claims Rueda was regularly requested to serve food for Diddy “immediately following sexual activity”. According to the lawsuit, Rueda was asked on one occasion whether she liked Diddy’s naked body. She also alleges that one of Diddy’s friends asked her to “look at and admire his genitals.”

Rueda claims that she’d complained to one of Diddy’s assistants about sexual harassment but in the days that followed was then accused of theft. Rueda alleges that she was told she would not be prosecuted if she returned the watch and signed a waiver all of rights to not sue her boss, but refused and was ultimately fired. She is now claiming that she was “lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated.”

Rueda is seeking damages for unpaid wages and overtime, in addition to “punitive damages and an injunction to prevent future employees from being inaccurately classified as exempt.”

Representatives for Diddy have dismissed the claim as “a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
