A look at the Detroit rap star before performing in the city’s iconic venue.

Danny Brown is the subject of a new documentary, Live At The Majestic, due next week on Apple Music. Today you can watch a trailer for it.

The film goes behind-the-scenes of a May performance at Detroit’s Majestic Theater last year months before Brown released his excellent new album Atrocity Exhibition. Directed by Andrew Cohn, the film features concert footage of the hometown show as well as interviews with Brown about his youth in the city.
