Rass out to a new track by UK house behemoth Altered Natives

If you hadn’t noticed, here at FACT we think Altered Natives is pretty great.

The one man house machine, whose tracks take in the best of broken beat, UK funky, Detroit, dubstep and the rest of it, never fails to impress us – his FACT mix from earlier this year still gets regular office play, and we could play last year’s ‘Rass Out’ single a thousand times and never get bored of it.

With two albums due for release this year as well as a single on Martyn’s 3024 label, you can expect to hear a lot more of Altered Natives as 2010 progresses – for a taster of what to expect, you can check him out at the Big Chill House on April 23, when he plays with Joy Orbison, Darkstar, Mount Kimbie (live) and Julio Bashmore.

Oh, and of course you can download this – a subtle groover courtesy of your boy Natives. Rass out.

    It probably went there for 20 seconds before it was edited. If you'd just refreshed you could have downloaded the track AND saved your question mark key some stress. ;)
