Matias Aguayo will present the UK debut of his full live show on Tuesday 20 July, at Hoxton Square Bar & Grill in London.

Chilean-born, Cologne-bred Aguayo has long been bringing a live vibe to his DJ sets, often adding his vocals to the mix, but he’s now recruited a proper backing band to present a selection of his own songs to the public. And what songs: from his early days as one half of Closer Musik to his incredible Kompakt solo album Are You Really Lost? and more recent solo singles for Cómeme and Soul Jazz, Aguayo is peerless in his ability to combine aspects of disco, techno, house and the outernational avant-garde into something catchy, danceable and fun.

We’re expecting this night to be rather special; Aguayo and band will be supported by Casper C (Bloggers Delight), Marcus Lancaster (Man Like Me) and special guests TBA. The night runs 7.30pm-1am; advance tickets are £11 and available here.
