Burial, Four Tet and Thom Yorke split new limited single; audio inside

Rough Trade’s pre-order list, as of today, includes a new 12″ by Burial, Four Tet and Radiohead’s Thom Yorke.

No details are given except for the fact it’s black label, housed in a plain black bag, and is being released by Four Tet’s Text label. We presume this will sell out very, very quickly, so if you want one then act sharp.

Update: Rough Trade are now sold out on pre-order, but Phonica and Bleep aren’t they are now. Audio of the 12″ will be debuted on Floating Points and Four Tet’s session on Rinse FM tonight, from 11pm-1am.

    Bleep was already sold out by the time the newsletter reached me around 1 (GMT) but phonica still had for a couple hours after that…Bleep is saying they may receivea a final allotment later ….Maybe if you’re lucky.

    gutted though they dont tell you that until youve payed them…

    ‘The A-side is by Burial, and called ‘Ego’, the B-side is a Four Tet and Thom Yorke collaboration titled ‘Mirror’’ – well thom yorke is obviously on both, and mirror is unmistakeably burial too. it sounds like they all had a hand in both. if anything mirror sounds more ‘burial’ – and better – than ego.
