Last week, we published individual FACT staff and contributors’ top 10s of the year so far.

It was an illuminating, at times bewildering selection of, er, selections, and the opprobrium it elicited from you, our good readers, was substantial. With a mind to inclusivity, and partly for our own amusement and interest, we’re now inviting you to submit your own top 10 tracks of the year so far.

We’ll publish the 10 best lists this Saturday, 4 August, and the entrant with the most interesting list of all will win a pile of respectable vinyl and CD promos that we have lying around our office, not to mention the grudging respect of their peers.

So if you think you’ve something worthwhile to contribute, or simply want your crowing voice to be heard, email your list to us by 4pm on Friday at competitions@thevinylfactory.com. All we require of the list is artist names, track titles and (where appropriate) label names. Each track needs to have come out some time between January 1, 2012 and now.
