They join previously confirmed acts Atom TM, Forest Swords and The Haxan Cloak.

The organisers of Portugal’s Semibreve festival of electronic music and digital art have announced a clutch of new acts for the three-day event.

British artist and composer Philip Jeck (pictured) will celebrate the 20th anniversary of his best known work, ‘Vinyl Requiem’, with a recreation of the installation-cum-performance he devised with fellow artist Lol Sargent for 180 vintage record players.

Also on the bill are Blackest Ever Black duo Raime, experimental musician and PAN affiliate Helm, and an audio-visual assisted performance by music and animation collagists Sculpture. Finally, Semibreve will also host an installation by sound artist and musician Janek Schaefer titled ‘Love Song’.

Festival Semibreve takes place in Braga, Portugal, from 15-17 November in the Theatro Circo. Tickets are on sale now and a three-day festival pass is available for 25 euros.
