The man behind ‘Bring in the Katz’ inaugurates his Soundcloud in style.

KW Griff has been a mainstay in the Baltimore club scene for years, but he’s probably best known around these parts for the raucous ‘Bring in the Katz’, his 2010 collaboration with Porkchop that was eventually re-released by Night Slugs as part of their Club Constructions series.

Beginning a few days ago, the veteran DJ/producer took to his new Soundcloud to give away nearly 40 originals, remixes, and edits, ranging in style from Bmore club bangers to soulful house edits to laidback skating rink jams.

Check a few highlights below, including a remix of ‘Bring in the Katz’, ‘Ain’t None Of Yall Safe’ (which appeared in L-Vis 1990’s 2012 Night Slugs mix), and old favorite ‘Tony’s Back’. Head to his Soundcloud for the rest of the goodies — it’s a treasure trove for club DJs.
