YouTube prankster / conspiracy theory whack-job Mark Dice recently went to San Diego, apparently in search of the world’s most gullible people.

Claiming that Tupac Shakur had held a press conference to announce that he had faked his death and had been living in Cuba this whole time, Dice has these hapless subjects convinced that it’s legit (we do feel bad for the second woman, though).

If you think it’s staged, check out the YouTube comments for confirmation that yes, people are this dumb. The whole thing reminds of us those idiots at Coachella.
