The true meaning of ‘minipops 67’?

In the great tradition of Aphex Twin versus the Hot Boys, someone has mashed up RDJ with pop princess Taylor Swift, whose new album 1989 drops this week.

David Rees, the cartoonist and host of National Geographic’s Going Deep With David Rees, is behind the 8-track project. He first previewed it back in July, fusing together Aphex Twin’s ‘4’ and Taylor Swift’s ‘Trouble’.

Stream/download Rees’ Swiftie-approved versions of ‘Avril 14th’, ‘Windowlicker’ and more below. We doubt you’ve ever wondered what ‘Girl/Boy Song’ and Swift’s ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ would sound like together, but the results are surprisingly entertaining.
