London’s glitziest jumble sale returns this Saturday, May 9, at Oval Space in East London.

Organised by BBC Radio 1’s Gemma Cairney and The Music Circle, Rumble In The Jumble has rustled up another mighty haul of items old and new from various celebs, brands and local businesses, including a ton of covetable vinyl.

The vinyl stall, run by The Line of Best Fit, will sell records and merch from the likes of 4AD, XL, Warp, Moshi Moshi, Transgressive, Bella Union, Domino and Kristina Records.

Notable music celebs donating their cast-offs to the cause this year include Florence Welch, Alison Goldfrapp, Belle & Sebastian, Laura Marling, Foals, Metronomy, Mark Ronson, Blur, Beth Ditto, Toddla T and Hot Chip. You can also dig out items formerly owned by A-listers like Alexa Chung, Annie Lennox and Nicole Sherzinger – check out the Facebook page for more details.

As well as jumble items there’ll be brand new stuff at bargain prices from speaker maker Sonos, wax jacket kings Barbour, ASOS and All Saints, plus cakes, book and gourmet meatballs. Proceeds from this year’s sale will go towards Oxfam’s Nepal appeal and its campaign to increase women’s political participation in Myanmar.

The sale takes place from 12-6pm at Oval Space, E2 9DT. Entry is £5 with a bag of jumble. Find out more on Facebook.
