The pair lay out two throbbing slabs of psychedelic exotica in advance Alien Wildlife Estate.

We’ve been waiting patiently for some new music from Skaters-founder Spencer Clark since the Pacific City Sound Visions boss dropped the colossal, mindbending four-hour journey of Pinhead In Fantasia and H.R. Geiger’s Studiolo last year. Beyond that release (one of our Top 50 Albums of 2014) and a stunning performance at the International Mystery Fest this winter, Clark has been mostly silent. Now he’s back with Tarzana, a new project with Finnish artist Jan Anderzen (aka Tomutontuu) who will release a new album Alien Wildlife Estate.

Below you can hear two tracks from it, ‘PRIVATE SCARAB CLUB RESERVE’ and ‘AEROFOILS IN HEAT’, which percolate with the kind of heady, humid exotica that few do better. According to the press release, the music is “engaged as a Fruitopian vision of a rescattering of all elements within an International Airport to be presented as Audio exhibit!” We couldn’t tell you what that means, but it sounds amazing. Listen below and look for the release through Underwater Peoples and Pacific City Sound Vision.
