Pixies, Blondie, Michael Stipe, The Flaming Lips and more will perform.

Shortly after David Bowie’s death in January, a tribute concert was announced at Carnegie Hall, followed by an additional show at Radio City Music Hall. Though both are entirely sold out, Skype have announced they will live stream the April 1 show at Radio City.

The concert will feature an enormous lineup including Michael Stipe, Pixies, Blondie, The Roots, The Flaming Lips, Cat Power, J Mascis, Mumford & Sons, Esperanza Spalding, Amanda Palmer performing with Jherek Bishoff, Anna Calvi and the Kronos Quartet, as well as the Donny McCaslin Group who worked on Bowie’s Blackstar and includes longtime producer Tony Visconti.

Skype have also teamed with several music and arts charities and have asked for donations on a pay-what-you-want scale. Learn more about them and about the upcoming stream on the concert’s website.
