Eat, meat and be merry.

Following a series of residencies in Melbourne, Sydney, Miami and Amsterdam, Seth Troxler’s meat joint Smokey Tails lands back in the UK next month to set up permanent home in East London.

Launching at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen on April 22, Smokey Tails is inspired by the Michigan-born DJ’s three -generation-old family recipe book. On the menu this season: Troxler family BBQ sauce smoked pulled pork, collard greens, cherry wood smoked lamb ribsConey chilli fries and Grandma T’s fried chicken.

Last October, Troxler acquired a collection of 4,500 records previously owned by Dave Haslam, a DJ at the legendary Haçienda.
