Heavy sounds from the drone master.

The Haxan Cloak has released a new track as part of Moog’s Sonic Origins video series.

‘Transposition #4’ was made entirely with Moog’s Mother-32 modular synths, and accompanies a video interview in which the UK producer talks about how he started making music.

In the video, he describes how he got into making electronic music, including the story of how his mother was responsible for inspiring Soft Cell to write their cover of ‘Tainted Love’.

Since the release of his Excavation album on Tri Angle in 2013, the producer has become known for his production work for artists like Björk and The Body, as well as his soundtrack work with Atticus Ross.
