For the nerdier side of the weird world that we call the internet, there’s probably nothing more sacrilegious than an uncommissioned remix of a Burial track.

Which is why we were pretty glad that slicker-than-the-average Los Angeles producer Shlohmo put an edit of ‘Shell of Light’, from Burial’s 2007 classic Untrue, out there last week. Kill your idols and all that. Anyway, this week he’s followed it with a quietly robotic edit of Drake’s booty call ‘Marvin’s Room’ that sounds like an unlikely after-party after a Notwist and Einsturzende Neubauten show.
