Listen to Bonobo's Radio 1 Essential Mix

The Ninja Tune veteran shows off his record bag for Radio 1.

The latest Essential Mix comes courtesy of UK producer Bonobo, who delivers a healthy dose of tracks from his home label (including remixes of Kelis, Illum Sphere and himself) mixed with cuts from the likes of Vangelis, Dark Sky, Jungle and Taylor McFerrin.

Listen again on BBC iPlayer or head to Core News to grab the whole set, and see the tracklist below.

This week’s Essential Mix is a big one, with Berghain resident and techno mensch Marcel Dettmann in the hot seat.

Last year Bonobo released his fifth album, The North Borders, and his own contribution to the Late Night Tales mix series.
