Mark Stewart, founding member of The Pop Group and general post-punk figurehead, has a new single out, ‘Stereotype’, featuring spots from Public Image Ltd’s Keith Levene and Factory Floor’s Nik Void. 

FACT TV are proud to present the premiere of the video for ‘Stereotype’, a powerful, glowing piece by Danish director Orla Fokdal that stars both Stewart and Void – in Fokdal’s words, “Mark [Stewart] is so inspiring and far from any stereotype that as soon as I was told the title of the track I knew I wanted to do it”.

The full single will be released on October 1 through Future Noise Music, and features remixes from Hype Williams, Perc, Front 242’s Daniel B, Chrissy Murderbot and Italoconnection – Stewart will also headline London’s Village Underground on September 27. Factory Floor support.
