Roger Robinson, one third of King Midas Sound with Kevin ‘The Bug’ Martin and Kiki Hitomi, has a new album on the way titled New Broken Things.

Last week, we pointed to ‘Spaceship’, the first single from the album. Today, we’re premiering the track’s video – a perfectly suited investigation into comfortably stuttered ’70s animation. The track really is beautiful, gentle oscillations washing over a gentle, tumbling riff; Robinson’s vocals starlit and sublime, without being too smart or referential about it. It feels beamed in from another generation, but also the perfect antidote to today’s turbulent times. We really can’t recommend it enough.
