Against the Clock is a series on FACT TV where we give an artist 10 minutes in the studio and see what they come up with. You can watch all the past episodes here.

In the latest episode, we headed to Bintus’s cave of hardware. Previously known as Chrome Hoof’s Milo Smee (plus other aliases, Kruton and Binary Chaffinch), Bintus has been releasing banging techno by the likes of Ed DMX, Mark Broom and Objekt on his Power Vacuum label as well as his own productions. Last year he released his debut album, Live* and Lockeda record that FACT’s Angus Finlayson described as “easily the weirdest, most inventive Bintus productions to date.”

Bintus’s Against the Clock isn’t here to take any shit. It’s hard, it’s heavy, and it’s groovy and squelchy as hell. For more on Power Vacuum, head to their website.
