Blueprint and The Hydra are pushing through the chaff this spring with another event that looks certain to rattle the fillings out of your teeth.

On April 17 at London’s Village Underground, industrial techno duo Blawan and Surgeon will team up under their workman-like moniker Trade to show the capital city exactly what pummeling beats should sound like. If their recent debut EP is anything to go by, it’s going to be one for those of you who like having the skin flayed from your sweating face.

Berlin techno don Shed will also be making an appearance, and while his particular brand of electronic music might not have been birthed in the dying factories of Birmingham, Rene Pawlowitz’ shimmering compositions are some of the finest in the genre.
