It’s Bugged Out’s 20th birthday, and they’re ready to celebrate in style.

The British clubbing institution have a mammoth set of parties planned, and their first – entitled, fittingly, High Fidelity –  sounds like an absolute no-brainer. To celebrate 20 years of clubbing, they’ve invited 20 DJs to play their top five tracks ever, and we think that sounds absolutely brilliant. It’s an idea they first came up with in 1996 in Manchester, where they had a handful of their favorite DJs exposing their love of doo wop, ’91 rave, garage rock and, err, U2?

Already announced as selectors are Andrew Weatherall, Bicep, Daniel Avery, David & Stephen Dewaele, Dusky, Fake Blood, Heidi, Ivan Smagghe, James Lavelle, Jas Shaw, Joe Goddard, Justin Robertson, Maya Jane Coles and Mylo, with plenty of spaces left for shock last-minute guests. We can’t imagine what everyone’s going to dig out, but you can guarantee it’s gonna be wall-to-wall classics and rare gems all night.

Head to Bugged Out’s site to nab tickets, and be quick – they won’t last long.
